Non-Profits
Non-profit organizations are wonderful to work with.
With complete affection we will say nonprofits dance to a different drummer. Passion abounds. Their focus is often on a belief instead of a technology vision, and WDDinc becomes a much-appreciated technology mentor.
Not long ago we helped combine the information systems for the northern and southern conferences of a major Indiana church congregation. We were with them every step of the way; we designed the new system, we converted old data, we held their hands, we cut rates when money was tight, we bought them a server when the deadline loomed and finally met the January 1st deadline – their passion became our passion. The project will continue to be one of our favorites for many years to come.
We’ve also worked on many other nonprofit projects ranging from the development of simple web sites to hospital data collection systems.
It’s a great way to remember who we want to be.
